1.Scope

The site presents the software development services of Enrico Stefanello and lets you send contact requests. It is not an online shop and does not allow purchases.

2.Informational nature of the content

The content of the site is informational and is not a public offer or a contractual proposal. An engagement only starts with a written quote accepted by both parties.

The packages described are indicative: scope, timing and price are defined in the quote.

3.Acceptable use

I ask you not to:

  • use the site unlawfully or against these terms;
  • attempt unauthorized access or interfere with how the site works;
  • send unlawful, offensive or spam content through the form;
  • extract content in bulk with automated tools.

4.Intellectual property

Texts, graphics and code of the site belong to Enrico Stefanello, unless otherwise stated, and are protected by copyright law. They may not be reproduced without permission, except for quotations that credit the source.

Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the site (for example Nuxt, Supabase, Stripe, Upwork, GitHub) belong to their respective owners.

5.Third-party links and services

The site contains links to external sites and embeds third-party services (for example the Cal.com calendar). I do not control their content and I am not responsible for how they work or for their policies.

6.Limitation of liability

I do my best to keep the site up to date and working, but it is provided «as is», without any guarantee of continuous availability or absence of errors. To the extent permitted by law I am not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. Consumers’ mandatory rights remain unaffected.

7.Privacy and cookies

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy; the use of cookies in the cookie policy.

8.Changes

I may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the latest update.

9.Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the courts of Padua, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile (Art. 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code).
